Service Description

For those who are not quite ready for the mental health commitment, the 45-minute consultation hotline is for you. You will be able to call in with a one-time rate and during your call, you will be able to ask your questions and provide details of events which may be occurring in your life. You will engage with a mental health professional who will provide you with the most valuable and professional recommendations and information guided towards your specific issue/concern. This is also helpful to those who's concerns may just be situational and do not call for a long-term mental health journey.
